 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress actor, comedian, activist) is a comedian. She was born to Jewish parents from the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she immigrated to the United States. She is most famous for her appearances on AT&T television commercials. In these commercials, she was Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and then 2020 (since 2020 (since). She was also a regular series regular on Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was a series regular on Yahoo! Vayntrub was originally chosen to play the character Squirrel Girls in Marvel Rising's pilot that was never aired for New Warriors in 2018, has voiced the character since. Vayntrub is an Jewish person, was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. Her parents, who were just two years old, emigrated to America to escape antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. She started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five because of the financial difficulties of her family. Vayntrub attended Beverly Hills High School briefly and then dropped out during her second year. She then obtained an GED, and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She studied improv comedy with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
